Supply Chain

Our huge range of products demands that stock is in the right place at the right time. Supply chain is the engine room of Rexel that helps make it all happen. The team strategically plans our operational and inventory processes with 3 major distribution hubs. It’s a process that ensures our stock always arrives on time and in full for our branch network.



Providing world class customer service is important to us. Rexel UK’s technology teams provide true innovative thinking to ensure the online tools available to our branch networks are at the cutting edge of what is available. So customer needs are satisfied in full. Coupled with this, our Business Intelligence team provides strategic insight to ensure our offer is in line with customer needs.


Human Resources

It is the HR team that looks after the thousands of people working for us in the UK. Work with us in HR and we’ll support your development and help you reach full potential. Our HR team provide the strategy and support needed to ensure our people are engaged to go the extra mile. They also provide the support and guidance our managers need to deliver great team leadership and individual opportunity.



Our marketers provide the spark, creativity and strategic insight to ensure our brand is correctly aligned to both our market and our customers, in terms of categories, channels and pricing. They are the team who search for and deliver new and innovative ways to connect with customers. Our digital marketing teams provide fresh thought and modern thinking into how we reach our customers online.



Transactional finance teams make the business tick and ensure customers and branches are supported in terms of payment and invoicing processes. The wider team provide the controls and planning expertise to ensure that strategic support and statutory planning are in line with business and customer needs. Business insight is provided to managers to enable effective decision making.


National Sales

Rexel supports many national customers across the UK. We offer everything from simple advisory support to full partnership on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification, our National Accounts teams are the face of Rexel UK when it comes to collaborating with key accounts.

Rexel branch roles

Branch/Business Manager

Our Branch/Business Managers are the glue that holds the branch together. This is a multi-faceted role which demands working closely with key customers, providing leadership to the team, ensuring branch standards meet the Rexel standard, winning new business and of course balancing the books!

Assistant Branch Manager

The valued number 2 and the unsung heroes of Rexel, Assistant Branch Managers support the branch manager. The ABM will be proficient in helping to run the branch and trade counter, maintain operational standards and supporting key customers. For those with higher aspirations the ABM role provides a fantastic development path and clear goals for aspiring Branch Managers.

Branch Assistants

Branch Assistants are arguably the most knowledgeable people within Rexel. They know their customers’ needs and demands inside and out and understand how to align these with our extensive high quality product range.

Internal Sales Executive

The sales teams within our branch network are highly driven and ambitious. The need to drive new business for Rexel is imperative, as is the need to ensure new and existing customers’ needs are satisfied.

Warehouse and Drivers

Our branch support teams ‘make it happen’ for the branch and ensure that the customers' products are provided on time and in full – every time. It is the final critical piece of the jigsaw that ensures customers are delighted with our products and services and keep coming back to us for more.
